Assessment Tasks

Copy and paste from the following data to produce each assessment task. Write these in plain English and spell out how, when and where the task is to be carried out, under what conditions, and what resources are needed. Include guidelines about how well the candidate has to perform a task for it to be judged satisfactory.
Copy and paste from the following performance criteria to create an observation checklist for each task. When you have finished writing your assessment tool every one of these must have been addressed, preferably several times in a variety of contexts. To ensure this occurs download the assessment matrix for the unit; enter each assessment task as a column header and place check marks against each performance criteria that task addresses.

Describe the basic functions of human biology, the functions of the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous, endocrine and genito-urinary, and lymphatic systems, and the sensory organs function. 
Identify how carbohydrates, lipids and proteins affect the human body. 
Identify the function of enzymes and nucleic acids and how they affect the human body. 
Identify the classification of micro-organisms and the basic difference between them. 
Determine the biological functions and effect of water on the human body. 
Determine the scope of the job role with regard to the provision of information to patients by checking with an authorised person. 
Service patients and provide them with biological feedback that is within the scope of job role and is relevant to their medical condition. 
Discuss relevant biological points further with patients to ensure they fully understand the relevance to their medical situation. 
Inform patients of relevant medical or pharmaceutical follow-up requirements.
